Constant prior for given count matrix.
- Parameters:
C ((M, M) ndarray or scipy.sparse matrix) – Count matrix
alpha (float (optional)) – Value of prior counts
- Returns:
B – Prior count matrix
- Return type:
(M, M) ndarray
